Alan Panettiere was arrested by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies in West Hollywood, jail records show. Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said Panettiere remained jailed at a substation on suspicion of spousal assault, and was being held on $50,000 bail.
