Allen favorite Scarlett Johansson, who appeared in the director’s MATCH POINT and SCOOP, stars along with a pair of Spanish actors: Oscan nominee Penelope Cruz and Oscar winner Javier Bardem. In VICKY CRISTINA BARCELONA, two Americans (Johannsson and STARTER FOR TEN’s Rebecca Hall) become involved with a pair of ex-lovers when they visit Barcelona.

Country music star Toby Keith earns credit as screenwriter, producer, and star in this comedy based on his hit song with Willie Nelson. Keith plays a deputy who hits the road with his best friend (RODNEY’s Rodney Carrington, who also cowrote the script) to rescue one of the man’s girlfriends from a drug lord’s clutches. The pair may be on a mission, but that doesn’t mean they can’t have a rip-roarin’ good time along the way. In BEER FOR MY HORSES, Keith is joined by music legends Nelson and Ted Nugent, as well as Hollywood actors Claire Forlani and Tom Skerritt.

In this biopic, fans can watch the meteoric rise–and equally epic fall–of Darby Crash, the lead singer of punk band the Germs. In 1970s Los Angeles, Darby (Shane West) creates the Germs, even though his fellow band members have little experience with their instruments. Joined by Pat Smear (Rick Gonzales), Lorna Doom (Bijou Phillips), and Don Bolles (Noah Segan), Darby rules the punk world, but drugs soon dethrone him and the band, and Darby resorts to suicide. WHAT WE DO IS SECRET enlists Darby’s band mate Smear as its executive music producer.
